Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Designing and updating ART Bus schedule brochures -- 4 times a year (up to 4 routes at a time) Size – Brochures are various sizes and fold down to 4” w x 9” h Work would include updating copy, creating timetables, fare tables, maps and graphics. • Designing and updating bus stop signage -- 4 times a year (up to 4 routes at a time) Size – Signage is either 8.5” w x 14” h or 6” w x 22” h Work would include updating copy, creating timetables, fare tables, maps and graphics. • Designing and updating printer-friendly PDFs for bus schedules – 4 times a year (up to 4 routes at a time) PDFs are 8.5” w x 11” h and are 2 – 3 pages Work would include updating copy, creating timetables, fare tables, maps and graphics. • Designing the ART Forum Newsletters – 4 times a year Size – 17” w x 11” h flat, folds to 8.5” w x 11” h, prints 4/4, bleeds all sides Work would include laying out copy and graphics within the given format. • Designing the STAR Points Newsletters – 2 times a year Size – 8.5” w x 11” h, 2-sided, prints 4/4, bleeds all sides Work would include laying out copy and graphics within the given format.
