Specifications include, but are not limited to: Dinwiddie County is located in south central Virginia approximately forty miles south of Richmond with a population of 28,971.1 Dinwiddie County covers 504 square miles. The School System is the largest employer in Dinwiddie County. DCPS provides educational services to approximately 4,450 students in preschool through grade 12 who are served in five elementary schools, one middle school, one high school, and one alternate learning center. The District is in need of professional branding, a new logo, graphic designing of all communications and a re-designed website.
