Services that may be requested within this solicitation include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Repair and or replacement of fascia/ rake boards, flashing, sheet metal, gutter and downspout when no roof repair or replacement is required as determined by the VDOT contract administrator. 2. Deck and Walkway repairs or replacements 3. Siding Repair and Replacement 4. Acoustical panel ceiling (drop ceilings) – to include but not limited to suspension and panels. 5. General Construction Labor 6. Roof truss and rafter repair when no roof repair or replacement is required as determined by the VDOT contract administrator. 7. Office and/or building remodel 8. Window repair and/or replacement 9. Wood door and frame installation and repair, including hardware replacement. 10. Gutter and rooftop debris removal. 11. Cabinets, countertops and backsplashes. 12. Rough and Finish carpentry. 13. Welding 14. Incidental painting (areas not more than 500 sq ft). 15. All other work that is, according to the VDOT contract administrator, typically considered to be Carpentry and/or general construction in nature.
