Tidewater Community College seeks a qualified Contractor to remove, furnish and install a new Garage Door. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment tools materials and incidentals necessary to remove, furnish and install the following products. Contractor is responsible for the accurate measurement of the area to determine the required materials. The Contractor is responsible for prepping the opening of the new door and include any necessary repairs or modifications. The Contractor is responsible for disposable of all materials. Tidewater Community College will provide a space for the contractor to place their dumpster. The contractor is responsible for loading and unloading dumpsters and all material there in. The contractor is responsible for any damage incurred during the project; any damage must be addressed within 24HRs.
