Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and appurtenances required for the satisfactory performance of providing grounds maintenance for Blue Ridge Community College as outlined below and in the General and Specific Requirements. The work site shall include all turf and planted areas designated on the map attached as Attachment C for the Blue Ridge Community College, Weyers Cave campus. The work shall consist of mowing, trimming, leaf removal and removal of snow and ice from steps, walkways and building entrances. See Attachment D for snow and ice removal areas. The Contractor shall perform the operations outlined below in order that the Contractor’s work is in compliance with all requirements and specifications of the contract, insuring that the College campus consistently presents a neat appearance
