Furnish and install furniture as specified in RFP 24-192 - Attachment F– Basis of Design. Furniture shall be available by January 1, 2025, and held in storage until February 11, 2025, when delivery and installation is expected to occur. Cost associated with storage shall be included in the proposal in the event the facility is not prepared for delivery as identified above. Furniture installation shall be coordinated with the Project Officer, as well as Fairfax Water’s Procurement Contact. All furniture will be inspected prior to and after installation. All furniture delivery trash and debris shall be removed from the facility and all furniture surfaces shall be cleaned and prepared for occupancy by the Offeror. Any scratched floors, walls, elevators or other surfaces impacted by the move-in, assembly and removal of trash and debris shall be corrected by the furniture contractor.
