The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to design, construct and install a complete turnkey physical fitness trail located at 100 N. College Drive, Franklin, Virginia 23841. The completed project must be ready for immediate use. The physical fitness trail shall be designed to accommodate a wide range of users, including ADA accommodation, and incorporate various exercise stations and features that promote health, wellness, and community engagement. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the project, from concept and design through construction and completion. A. Camp is seeking a qualified Contractor with experience and expertise to provide a turnkey project that will design, construct, install a complete new physical fitness trail at Camp. 1. The Contractor shall design and layout the Physical Fitness Trail. 2. The Contractor shall develop plans for a physical fitness trail with sufficient number of exercise stations, accessible pathways, signage, and landscaping.
