Specifications include, but are not limited to: RBHA requires one or more Contractors to provide fitness services to employees and clients at various locations throughout the Richmond area including 107 South 5th Street (HQ), 3700 Festival Park Plaza (REACH) and 2825 Rady Street (GYM), all located within Metropolitan Richmond, Virginia, 23219. Fitness classes will take place at the times and locations designated by the Contract Administrators for each program, except on RBHA-observed holidays and periods of emergency or inclement weather. The Contractor will be provided with a list of all observed holidays each year the contract is in effect. RBHA reserves the right to change the amount, hours and frequency of any class, instruction or service provided under the Contract. Fitness classes are voluntary and free to clients and RBHA full-time employees and/or family members that have fully executed the Waiver and Release of Liability and Indemnification Form. Classes will consist of various age groups, and of various fitness levels. Approximately four (4) to 15 individuals attend each offered fitness class or instructional sessions. The Contractor shall furnish all property necessary to perform the services specified herein. RBHA is providing the following goods, equipment or services for use under this Contract: 1. Adequate building space at each location that provides a standard electrical outlet, electricity, and water if necessary, suitable for the activity without cost to the Contractor. 2. Equipment and weights suitable for fitness training and sessions for the HQ location
