Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified Contractors to furnish, deliver, assemble, finance through leasing arrangements, and install fitness equipment at the three sites. Contractors shall also review and confirm the ADA compliance of the equipment at each site and the relocation to other City recreations centers, of existing equipment at each site. Contractors shall also provide warranties for the full lease term and lease pricing proposals to cover options for three, four, and five year lease options. Each option should include the terms for a buy-out at the end of the lease period. Contractors are to propose a Leasing Company along with the Vendor unless they plan to make and manage the lease arrangement with the City.
