1. Cover and secure all floor drains to eliminate foreign matter intrusion. 2. Remove, clean and safely store all fixtures for reinstallation at the end of the project (included but not limited to sinks, toilets, grab bars, mirrors, soap dispensers, paper towel dispenser, toilet paper dispenser, light fixtures, and cover plates) It is the contractors responsible to repair or replace any fixtures damaged during storage. 3. Remove existing tile material in area to receive new tile and inspect for damage substructure. 4. Prepare walls with manufacturer recommended backer board and waterproof membrane to accept tile. Contractor must also cover up existing toilet paper dispenser slot. 5. Provide and install porcelain wall tile to extending to the ceiling, and water cleanable epoxy grout. American Olean 6x24 color Whimsical White, including an accent tile American Olean 6x24 Creative Grey 6. Paint all ceilings throughout both restrooms. Sherwin Wiliams Pure White (SW7005) 7. The Contractor shall replace existing floor tile with Resinous Flooring and base: Dur-a-flex, color: Cobalt (with grit) throughout both restrooms. 8. All materials not reused must be disposed of by the contractor.
