Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, incidentals, and anything else required to monitor and/or complete repairs at VSP locations. Monitoring services are required for the locations listed in Attachment E. T&M/”On-Call” repairs are required, as needed, for any VSP facility. A. Monitoring/Fire-Security: 1. Monitoring of Fire Alarm Systems and Security Systems must be done within the Commonwealth of Virginia. 2. Monitoring Invoicing shall be on a monthly basis and after the service has been performed. The invoice shall be submitted after the end of the month that the service was performed and within 10 consecutive days of the following month. Example: July 01, 2023 thru July 31, 2023 Invoice must be submitted to the VSP Facility serviced for “July-2023” services, no earlier than August 01, 2023 and no later than August 10, 2023. Invoicing to suit the Contractor (i.e. every 30 days or every four weeks) and disregarding the above stated requirement, is not authorized and may delay prompt payment of invoice/s. 3. Switching Over monitoring services from existing Service Provider may incur additional costs. The costs incurred for this activity by the new contractor, will be handled/paid under the T&M/”ON-CALL” Repairs provision of this document.
