The Contractor will develop, plan and execute a Hydrant Flow Testing program to inspect, assess, and operate all hydrants, record water flowed, and create a deliverable GIS format suitable and compatible with BVU’s current GIS database system. The Contractor may use software provided by BVU to collect field data or provide his own software that is able to be integrated into BVU’s mapping platform. The Contractor will furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools and equipment required to flow test the assigned hydrants. BVU shall be notified of any hydrants requiring additional work to be made operational as they become known. Final report is due within 30 days after completion of the program. Weekly reports will be delivered to BVU by Monday of each week listing previous week’s work. Specifications are minimum; BVU requirements and any omission shall not relieve the Contractor of furnishing quality service in a timely manner. Contractor shall provide the services in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
