4.1 The Contractor shall provide and deliver Field Turf Blankets from FieldSaver, Evergreen, or equivalent. FieldSaver and Evergreen products have been acknowledged for meeting the standards of acceptable quality. Field Turf Blankets shall meet the following minimum specifications: • 100% woven polypropylene fabric three (3) ounce/square yard (oz/sq yd); • Six (6) ply hems double stitched; • Brass grommets; and • Various sizes shall be available. 4.2 The County will: A. Issue a purchase order (PO) for all orders placed under the Contract. B. Arrange for a staff member to be present on the specified delivery dates to direct the Contractor where to unload the product. If a staff member is not available to be onsite, then the County will provide specific information before delivery as to where the product should be unloaded. C. Accept deliveries between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Local Time, Monday through Friday, excluding County holidays. 4.3 Kickoff Meeting Upon the award of this contract, the Contractor shall participate in a Kickoff Meeting hosted by the Contract Administrator to discuss contract requirements and the transition process.
