In addition to the terms in the Farrier Services Agreement (Attachment D), additional terms of the contract are found below and the contractor must: Keep the building and associated exterior/barn areas neat and clean. Signage is allowed but must conform to the Virginia Tech standards and, if desired, must be furnished by the contractor. Comply with EMC security policies. Remove all old equipment, materials, supplies, paper, trash, debris or other waste. Such materials will not be allowed to accumulate. Keep building doors closed appropriately to prevent interior weather damage and wind damage to the doors. Relinquish space at end of contract term with the space in the same or better condition/repair than is was at the beginning of the contract. Keep in force at contractors own expense in companies and form acceptable to Virginia Tech, Workers Compensation coverage - to Statutory limits; Commercial General Liability coverage with a minimum of $500,000 combined single limit naming Virginia Tech, the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Virginia Tech Foundation as additional insureds; Automobile Liability coverage - $500,000; and contractor shall deliver to Virginia Tech, upon request, a certificate of insurance showing the same to be in force and effect. Contractor agrees to be responsible for, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Virginia Tech, its officers, agents and employees from the payment of all sums of money by reason of any claim against them arising out of any occurrences resulting in bodily or mental injury or property damage that may happen to occur in connection with and during the performance of this agreement, including but not limited to claims under the Worker's Compensation Act.
