The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, fees, bonds, warranties, and guarantees to fabricate and install for the construction of a potable water system in accordance with Attachment C and Attachment D, including but not limited to the following: 1. Water Distribution System 2. Water Well Commissioning 3. Well Pump and Installation 4. Water Treatment building and associated appurtenances 5. Hydropneumatic Tanks and associated appurtenances 6. Site restoration 7. Clean up, removal and disposal of all wastes associated with structures. In performing the work, the contractor will be expected to: 1. Provide a detailed project schedule no later than two weeks following award 2. Participate in a kick-off meeting no later than two weeks following award. 3. Deliver submittals for Engineer of Record (“EOR”) review and approval prior to proceeding with any efforts. 4. Provide laydown requirements for equipment and materials (including site job trailers) for VCSFA review and approval two weeks before area is needed 5. Support weekly contractor tag up meetings on-site or virtual 6. Provide quality plan, site safety plan and any safety data sheets (“SDS”) for VCSFA review and approval 7. Provide all operation and maintenance (“O&M”) manuals to VCSFA prior to final closeout 8. Conduct a final construction walk-through and VCSFA acceptance
