Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide and coordinate building operations and maintenance services to include but not be limited to janitorial services, pest control, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and maintenance functions to include: daily building operations, cleaning, routine and emergency repair and maintenance, preventative maintenance, cosmetic maintenance and modifications (painting, carpentry, flooring), coordination of all vendors, suppliers and services to the buildings; supervision of all onsite personnel needed for the operation and maintenance of the buildings; and monitoring overall building performance to operate the buildings of the VDOT CO, and at other locations, efficiently and in a cost effective manner.
