The Contractor must have a professional engineer on staff to address issues that go beyond the normal scope of work for projects.. The awarded Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, labor, material, tools, storage, equipment, debris removal, transportation, incidentals, and Subcontractors necessary for all associated HVAC, Boiler, and Plumbing systems and equipment as specified in this solicitation (Attachment A) including: • Troubleshooting • Maintenance & Repairs (preventative, routine, & emergency) All work completed by the Contractor is to be turnkey. Any awarded contract from this solicitation is nonexclusive and ESH reserves the right to solicit future quotes and bids to ensure price reasonableness.
