Conduct structured inspections of each component of selected City facilities identified in Attachment 1 to include tagging of key components and documented tagging data. Evaluate each component to determine required attributes and related maintenance timelines. Inspections will provide a complete inventory of building systems, including: a. HVAC, electrical panels and plumbing, including building automation systems (BAS) b. Emergency power supply c. Security d. Building envelope – siding, windows, glass, doors, roof among others e. Interior elements – doors and hardware, flooring, walls, ceiling, beams f. Stairwells g. Lighting h. Life Safety System(s) i. ADA features j. Elevators k. Site Improvements – parking, lighting, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, sidewalks, landscaping
