To remove and dispose of the existing Six (6) package units and to supply and install four (4) 15.0 Ton Trane (TWSK180A4S000000) Heat Pump Package Units and two (2) 10.0 Ton Trane (TWSK120A4S000000) Heat Pump Package Units, or comparable units. These systems will be 460v three phase, with Honeywell 8000 Wi-Fi thermostats, and 25% manual outdoor air dampers. We will retrofit to the existing duct system, High and Low voltage. All high and low voltage will be run in flexible conduit. Price will include Equipment, Labor and Rigging Warranty. And also, electric heater components for each unit sized accordingly. One-year parts and labor, Five-year compressor. All work must comply with all State and Local building codes. This is to be a “turn-key” job the price will include materials, labor and any miscellaneous materials and equipment needed to complete the job.
