Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Contractor shall be factory certified by Ford with regular business hours of Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and able to deliver vehicle upon completion of repair to the City’s Fleet Services Facility located at 413 N. Armistead Avenue, Hampton, Virginia. 23669. b. Repairs shall be made by only factory trained repair technicians. Contractor shall also employ factory trained diesel technicians for repairs and/or service needed on heavy diesel-powered vehicles. c. The facility shall have access to the parts and diagnostic equipment to properly complete all types of repairs. d. Only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts shall be used during repair services. e. All work performed shall be done to general industry standards for quality and performance.
