HollyDazzle (Christmas Holiday Celebration) A.The contract should be inclusive of, but not limited to, all shells (close proximity), lighting, special effects, set-up, labor, insurance, equipment, materials, supplies, cleanup and other items as necessary to perform the show. B.Contractor shall conduct a site visit with the City no later than four months prior to fireworks show date. At that time, Contractor shall review all site conditions and the requirements for set-up with City staff. C. At least one month prior to the show, the Contractor shall submit for City approval, a CD of choreographed music to accompany fireworks show (holiday-type music); selected and produced by Contractor..
