The School Board of Falls Church City Public Schools (FCCPS) is soliciting proposals from qualified Firms/Offerors for the purpose of conducting an executive search to assist Falls Church City Public Schools in hiring a new Superintendent. The objectives of this Request for Proposal are to: Select an executive search firm that specializes in superintendent searches and has extensive experience and expertise in identifying candidates who possess the highest level of skill and experience in leading a high-performing public school system; Establish a beneficial relationship with the selected executive search firm that is based on trust, professionalism, collaboration, and quality of service; and Obtain competitive and transparent pricing for the services provided by the selected executive search firm.
