The Successful Offeror shall furnish all services including, but not limited to, providing high-level coaching to elevate strategic influence, sharpen decision-making, and navigate complexity across the statewide system, including incidentals and related items necessary to provide Executive Leadership Coaching and Development Service Services. The service may be provided virtually or in person. If services are provided in person on a college’s campus, a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided prior to the services being provided. The COI must meet the minimum insurance requirements of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Successful Offeror shall meet the required qualifications that follow on a per session basis: A. Leadership, Coaching and Development Consulting services. 1. Coaching Objectives • Strengthening executive presence and communication across diverse stakeholders • Enhancing effectiveness in leading strategic initiatives and organizational change • Serve as confidential thought partner to test ideas and navigate political landscape. • Increase clarity in vision-setting and prioritization at system level. • Cultivate resilience and reflective leadership in a high-impact public role. 2. Session Structure • Sessions will be via Zoom or in Person (Travel Expense, if applicable, will be billed at cost with prior approval) Sessions will be 60-90 minutes in length. • Optional Input for up to 5 Stakeholders to inform coaching. • Contactors shall offer check-in support between sessions via email. • Contractor shall strictly observe confidentiality throughout the engagement. 3. Coaching Engagement shall include preparation, assessment, and stakeholder interviews.
