Provide bi-weekly, 30 to 60-minute, one-on-one executive coaching sessions for a term of six months. These sessions will be tailored to the needs of individual executive team members, and are designed to focus on programmatic support in the following areas: Launching a new accountability system. Building innovative assessments; and Creating support structures for turnaround schools Throughout these sessions, the coach will: Help develop strategic personnel development, project management and risk mitigation Share technical advice to implement strategies Provide strategic advice to navigate politics and power dynamics within state government Help think through difficult issues and decisions, anticipate problem areas and provide larger perspectives on issues that may not be seen initially Serve as a sounding board for new ideas, goal settings and initiative development Provide constructive feedback on strategy development including helping risk mitigation to be fully realized Provide feedback on shifts in structures and systems for continuous improvement
