i. Review of development site plans submitted by property owners and land developers for compliance with federal, state, and local laws and requirements; ii. Design of Town utility projects for stormwater, water distribution, water storage, water treatment, sewer collection, and recycling; iii. Design of Town transportation projects such as streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths, and traffic signals; iv. Design of Town environmental projects such as stream restorations, retention ponds, and landscape architecture; v. Occasional projects involving structural engineering or architecture; vi. Consultation, analysis, contracting-assistance, construction-support, and surveying for any of the foregoing types of projects or the use, maintenance, repair, or improvement of such projects, and vii. Design, development, and operation of a Geographic Information System and periodic instruction on the use thereof.
