The City of Sacramento invites interested firms to submit professional service proposals that will assist the City in selecting appropriate Vendors/Companies that can provide ERP Software and Integration Services. The key goals of this project are: • GOAL 1: Conduct an ERP Needs Analysis that results in a completed Requirements Document listing and describing all ERP requirements • GOAL 2: Prepare an RFP for an ERP Software/System for City approval and release which will lead to an Award of Contract to the successful ERP Software/System proposer • GOAL 3: Prepare an RFP for an ERP System Integrator for City approval and release which will lead to an Award of Contract to the successful ERP System Integrator proposer.
