Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Platform Support: a. The solution must support, at a minimum, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions 9.2, PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management 9.2, and PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.2. B. Native Integration: a. Must be natively installed into PeopleSoft. b. Run within the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture. c. Not require customizations or proxy servers. C. Single Sign-On (SSO): a. Must provide a seamless, native configuration with SAML 2.x Identity Providers. b. SSO must be verified at login or from a deep link. D. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): a. Must provide full integration with leading MFA providers (Rapid Identity or other industry standard Identity & Access Management Systems, ex. Duo, OKTA, SafeNet, Microsoft Authenticator & more) at the application and transaction layer. b. Must be risk-aware and dynamic based on the context of access c. Utilize PeopleSoft artifacts such as role or employee data to determine when user encounters MFA challenges d. Must enable zero trust and be capable of token delivery using SMS, Email, Phone, IVR, and Mobile App. E. Privileged Account Management: a. Must provide the capability to monitor privileged user sessions inside PeopleSoft and aligning activities to specific identities. b. Must allow for field and transaction level control, monitoring, and logging for shared and high-privileged user credentials. c. Must provide controlled access for shared batch accounts as well as controlled access for parents/guardians/delegates.
