Response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will not affect any contractor's ability to submit a proposal if, or when, a solicitation is released. The subject RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. There is no entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges that arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this RFI. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The mission of the Mission Partner Capabilities Office (MPCO) is to provide the DoD an enduring capability to rapidly and securely share information and collaborate with allies, partner nations, and emerging coalitions worldwide. The MPCO is responsible for delivering an Enterprise Class Cross Domain Solution (CDS) enabling global communication between coalition partner networks simultaneously. The Government is conducting market research to determine if there are solutions/capabilities within the marketplace that can satisfy the Government’s requirements.
Please review the RFI letter and Attachment 1 - DRAFT Enterprise Cross Domain Solution Statement of Capabilities (SOO), dated 18 August 2025, and Attachment 2 – RFI Questionnaire.
In addition, the Government is soliciting feedback/questions regarding the objectives listed in Attachment 1 - Draft Enterprise Cross Domain Solution SOO.
