a. Evaluations, investigations, analyses, recommendations, cost and time estimates, testing, reports, studies, designs, preparation of documents (including drawings in latest AutoCAD® (Computer-Aided Design) version and specifications), and field inspections. b. Professional involvement throughout all phases of a project, including but not limited to: development of programs; preparation of reports; periodic progress reports and meetings; preparation for and participation in briefings and presentations to staff groups, citizen groups, the County Board of Supervisors, and federal or state agencies; timely processing of invoices for services; and timely processing of project correspondence. c. Coordination with County staff, other County contractors, and related professional or non-professional services, as may be directed by the County.
