Tasks required by the CDA Consulting Engineer include the following, as requested by the CDA: (i) Review of the costs and the budget(s) presented by the developer for the construction of the CDA Improvements and advise the CDA on approval or denial of such budget(s). Review, recommend and sign off on the approval or denial of the above-referenced budget(s) related to the CDA Improvements. (ii) Review of the construction plans and specifications necessary for the construction of the CDA Improvements (“Construction Documents”), advise the CDA on engineering issues related to approval or denial of such Construction Documents. Review, recommend and sign off on approval or denial of the Construction Documents. (iii) Make or cause to be made regular ongoing site inspections of the CDA Improvements. Advise the CDA on the progress status of the construction work related to the CDA Improvements.
