The selected vendor shall provide the following services to include but not limited to: A. Parking Spaces Required: 100 standard-size parking spaces. Vendors are encouraged to submit bids even if they are unable to meet the full demand; VRS will make an award to multiple bidders if needed. B. Location: Within a 0.25-mile radius of the One James Center, 901 E. Cary, Richmond, VA. 23219 C. Access: 24 hour /7 days a week access. D. Security: Well-lit, secure facility with controlled access, video surveillance, and regular monitoring E. ADA Compliance: A minimum number of spaces must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) F. Public Transit Access: Proximity to GRTC bus lines and other transit options is a plus G. Term: Initial lease term of (5) years, with nine (9) one-year renewal options H. Signage/Identification: Clearly identified spaces or access via validated cards, permits, or codes I. Invoicing: Monthly invoicing with itemized detail.
