Crossroads Community Services Board (“CCSB” or “Crossroads”) is seeking proposals from all interested parties qualified to provide retirement agent or broker of record services for its retirement programs. Through this RFP, Crossroads intends to procure services from one or more retirement Broker of Record(s) who will provide all of the following services: Brokerage of the following employee retirement plans: • 401A Profit Share Plan o Total Participants as of 11/6/2024: 167 o Total Assets as of 11/6/2024: $7,618,257.23 • 403B Employer Match Plan o Total Participants as of 11/6/2024: 171 o Total Assets as of 11/6/2024: $5,513,375.37 Policy terms will be from July 1 – June 30. From the effective date of the contract, the selected broker will only be responsible for the management of retirement accounts on and after July 1, 2025. Crossroad’s current brokers will be responsible for providing day-to-day service support until March 31, 2025
