The VCCS requests the following information from Qualified Vendors: 1) Describe how your product provides Emergency Notifications that are responsive regardless of Operating System, mobile device, desktop, browsers, etc. 2) Describe the hosting capabilities of your system? Does the system have a centralized platform with multiple access levels across multiple locations? (IE: Master Users, Superusers, Administrators). Will the system administrator have the ability to assign permissions and titles? 3) Does your system support services across the Commonwealth supported by a Cloud Server and operate independent of Internet Service Provider? Does the system operate independent of clientbased applications or on premises software? 4) Describe your experience with large, complex organizations? Can your solution be set up for individual colleges while allowing for specific alerts to be shared with designated System Office users? 5) Does your system allow users to self-register? Is mass registration possible or data migration from existing service(s) possible? 6) Does your solution integrate with SIS? Can this be set up an opt-out or opt-in service? Is there integration with Active Directory?
