Scope of services shall include routine and preventive maintenance (PM), and other work as necessary, immediate response to service calls, designated system administrative functions, emergency maintenance service and computer network management or ESS systems. The ESS includes, but not limited to the dedicated computer network for ESS systems, Automated Access Control Systems (Galaxy Access Control Software system) (Programmable Logic Controller/Touchscreen: InTouch), Closed Circuit Television and Video Management Systems (RapidEye VMS Analog and Qognify Ocularis VMS-IP systems), Intercom Systems, Senstar systems and other Correctional Security technology systems, Identification Credential management system and DJJ’s Electronic Key system (Morse Watchmen).
