The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish contracts with five or more qualified contractors for per area (eVA zones) per trade who can provide the following services: Electronic Physical Access Controls Security Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, UL Certified Central Station Alarm Monitoring and Communication/Networking. This will include repairs, maintenance, enhancements and new installation on an “as needed” basis at various National Guard facilities throughout the state of Virginia for a period of one (1) year from date of award with the option to renew for four (4) additional one- year periods for the Department of Military Affairs, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, hereinafter referred to as DMA or The Agency
