Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Division is seeking offerors who understand the unique security challenges faced by schools that will support us in our goal to improve overall safety to protect students, educators, and the general public. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified contractors to establish a contract (or contracts) to provide Electronic Access Control and IP video Surveillance Equipment and services for two new projects (Oscar Smith High School and B.M. Williams Primary School) and on an ongoing and as needed basis. Maintenance and repair services are being sought on current and new equipment. The Oscar Smith High School addition consists of a two-story addition to the existing school, including both first and second floor connections to the existing school. The building addition will contain 31,577 square feet, providing 22 classrooms as well as office, workroom, and restroom space.
