These services will aim to provide on-call electrical services, including emergencies, at all RRHA-owned and/or operated properties. Respondent is expected to furnish all materials, equipment, and vehicles necessary to satisfactorily perform services in accordance to this RFP. RRHA anticipates the Respondent will need to provide certain electrical services, including but not limited to: 1. Installing conduits of all types, pulling wires, installing new lighting, power panels, lighting devices, receptacles, switches, repairs, etc., using all types of wiring devices. 2. Installing power sources and pulling necessary computer cables and related equipment. 3. Minor electrical repairs, renovations, and construction projects. 4. 24-hour on-call service with a response time to the site within two (2) hours of an emergency request. RRHA reserves the right to terminate the repair with the contract vendor and reassign the job to another contract vendor if the vendor fails to respond to the job site and begin the needed repair within two (2) hours. 5. Contractors shall be licensed by the appropriate State and/or local regulatory agency. Respondents shall secure and pay for all permits, fees, and licenses necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work. Respondents shall observe and comply with all federal, state, county, and city laws, codes, ordinances, rules, and regulations in accomplishing the work. 6. All materials and installations shall conform to the State and local codes, the National Electrical Code, OSHA, and this specification. 7.
