Specifications include, but are not limited to:A.) Conduct thorough research and planning prior to the development of any marketing strategy or theme. Offeror shall then recommend specific marketing plans and communications to expand parent education services/resources. B.) Design, develop, and deliver promotional materials for designated City parent education services/resources. C.)Provide advice and recommendations for citywide marketing strategies, and improving citywide brand awareness offered through parent education resources/services. D.) Provide advice and recommendations for City leadership to successfully design, develop, and implement marketing projects and sponsorship projects by creating methods to share ideas, knowledge, testimonials, and success stories of parent education services/resources. E.) Redesign and enhance current parent education online resources and social media outlets as needed. F.) Provide media training as needed or requested.
