The objective of this engagement is to provide HRSD with the expertise and guidance necessary to successfully begin the transition to a modern ERP solution. Through this project, HRSD seeks to: • Ensure system sustainability by aligning technology, staffing, and business processes with the most cost-effective solutions. • Establish a clear roadmap and cost estimate that enables informed decision-making by HRSD leadership. • Recommend an effective implementation strategy, including evaluation of phased versus full deployment options. • Assist in the development of a clear, comprehensive, and competitive Implementation Services RFP for selecting a System Integrator (SI) and associated implementation services. • Assist in the evaluation of proposals received • Assist in contract negotiations with a selected proposer
