Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City requires a team of qualified professionals with proven experience in governmental ERP projects including overall project management, process assessment, process improvement, testing and validations, system permissions setup, security controls, requirements specification, and all other ERP system implementation type services to support a successful deployment Implementation Project Management Services The Vendor will serve as the primary project management lead throughout the ERP system implementation process for all requisite systems as stated above, and act on behalf of the City as the primary facilitator to: 1. Develop a comprehensive project implementation plan, which shall include all implementation tasks, deadlines, milestones, sign offs, review periods, resources, and deliverables. 2. Meet with all vendor representatives to communicate timetables and expectations. 3. Monitor vendor compliance with the negotiated contract. 4. Monitor data conversion, migration, and validation. Page 4 of 6 5. Review project change orders initiated either by the City or software vendor. 6. Provide guidance in conducting user acceptance testing. 7. Provide meaningful project status reports, which include progress variances, upcoming milestones, and encountered risks. 8. Identify areas where initial and additional user training is required. 9. Document all new workflows and business architecture based on the comprehensive integration of all new systems, as well as a comprehensive Data Reference Document to permit cloud based centralized data warehousing for enhanced reporting.
