Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and any incidentals necessary to design, fabricate, and install executive donor walls to include, but not limited to the following: a. Project Overview 1) Wall Size: approximate size of the wall at Wilson Hall is 216" x 120" and at the Wilder Center is 9’ x 9’. Offeror shall field verify measurements. 2) Location: Wilson Hall and Wilder Center, 1st Floor Lobby, Norfolk State University 3) Material: Wood to match existing trim, please note existing wall for donor display at Wilson Hall is made of brick. 4) Colors: Green and Gold (official school colors) 5) Logo: Official Norfolk State University professional logo 6) Maintenance: Provided every six (6) months for five (5) renewal years after the original installation
