The selected contractor shall: • Provide technical drawings and specifications sufficient for obtaining necessary permits. • Provide and deliver an EASI-SET pre-cast restroom that meets or exceeds the specifications listed herein. • Provide and deliver all necessary materials, labor, and equipment as needed for setup and installation. • Install the EASI-SET restroom on the customer’s prepared pad. SPECIFICATIONS Quotes must be concise, complete, and account for the following: 1. Restroom Specifications o Model: EASI-SET Essex Wet Restroom Building w/floor o Price Includes: Simulated brick or light broom exterior finish on walls and simulated standing seam metal roof finish for roof; H & C stain on exterior walls and roof; cast-in cove base on interior restroom walls; Easi-Span standard post tensioned water tight roof; (4) 48” x 12” pebble texture Lexan windows; delivery; ADA/Braille signs; (4) vents with fixed louvers; (4) 50W HPS w/ photocell exterior light; (4) ADA/Braille signs; (1) exterior GFCI receptacle (NEMA 3R); (1) dual height ADA water fountain; and offloading and installation based upon customer having a level, smooth compacted stone base based on direct access for our equipment. o Mechanical Chase - 6 gallon mini water heater; vent openings to circulate air in restroom (temperature regulator); (1) Unit Heater; (1) vent pipe with rain cover; (2) floor drains; (1) 100A main circuit breaker; (2) duplex LED light fixtures; (2) GFCI receptacles; (1) cold water hose bib; (1) 1 ½” pressure reducing valve; (1) standard single 3’-0” x 6’-8” hollow metal door with standard hardware; and electrical work to the rest of the building. o Each ADA Unisex Room (4) - (1) ADA approved stainless steel toilet stall with automatic flush valves and ADA grab bars; (1) stainless steel urinal with automatic flush valves; (1) jumbo toilet paper holder; (1) stainless steel sink with running hot and cold water and automatic sensor; (1) auto soap dispensers; (1) Stainless steel mirror; (1) duplex LED light fixtures; (1) baby changing station; (1) 10” 115V exhaust fan with occupancy sensor; (1) coat hooks; (1) wall hydrant concealed; (1) floor drain; (1) automatic hand dryer; (1) ADA compliant 3’-0” x 6’-8” hollow metal door; and lighting with occupancy sensor (passive infrared). Floor will be coated with an epoxy coating to create a non-slip surface. Walls will be painted white. 2. Exclusions o Permits: Caroline County Public Works will provide construction permits for the project. o Construction Pad: Caroline County will provide a level compacted stone base installed per manufacturer’s recommendations. o Utilities: Caroline County will provide a water operating pressure between 40PSI and 75PSI with a 1 ½” diameter water supply. o Field Connections: Caroline County will make final field connections for water, sewer, and electricity.
