Plumbing Specifications – Backflow Device Replacement and Certification, Restroom Studor Vent Installation Work Needed: 1. Removal and replacement of failed cemetery basement 2-1/2" Watts LF909 backflow device, and replacement installation of a new Watts Water brand, or approved equivalent, backflow device. 2. Testing and certification of new device after installation is completed 3. Inspection, repair, and installation of a Studor vent to existing plumbing in restroom due to poor ventilation. Electrical/Lighting Specifications - High Pressure Airline Replacement, Lighting Fixtures Energy Efficient Retrofitting, and Electrical Panel Can and Cover Replacement Work Needed: 1. Removal of existing high-pressure airline in Maintenance Shop garage, re-piping and replacement with a new line and retractable air hose reel, in accordance with Virginia Building Code, Fire Code, and OSHA standards. Repair/replacement of drain on air-compressor to an automatic drain. 2. Retro-fitting all existing interior and exterior lighting fixtures on the cemetery grounds to LEDenergy efficient compatible. This will include all fixtures in the Administration Building, Maintenance Shop, Committal Shelter, all exterior lighting/parking lighting, and all emergency ballast devices. 3. Removal and replacement of damaged electrical panel can and cover in Maintenance Shop. HVAC Specifications – Fan Forced Heaters Thermostat Upgrades and HVAC Unit Repair Work Needed: 1. Upgrade manual thermostats to Honeywell (or approved equivalent) digital thermostats to five (5) existing fan forced heaters due to poor energy/heat regulation in manual thermostats. 2. Repair of non-functioning Energy Recovery Ventilator in Maintenance Garage HVAC unit, including all diagnostics, replacement parts, and labor.
