A. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, vehicles, equipment, tools, parts, materials, water, debris disposal, confined space equipment and certified confined space personnel to furnish and install a missing concrete wall inside the existing drop inlet located across from 7806 Hampton Park Boulevard in Chesterfield County. See Attachment F for map of location and photo of existing drop inlet. B. The Contractor shall provide all employees with necessary safety equipment required to meet OSHA and VOSH standards. C. The Contractor shall provide materials conforming to the material standards contained in the 2020 VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications or latest edition, Section 217. Concrete and flowable fill shall be provided from a VDOT approved plant. See Attachment G. Concrete shall be A3, or as directed by the VDOT Contract Administrator.
