Contractor shall comply with all conditions outlined in the onsite sewer permit. Coordination with both the landowner and Chesterfield County is required throughout the project. Drain field installation shall not occur during wet weather. Contractor shall be responsible for pump and haul services during installation. Contractor shall remove trees within 10 feet of the drip lines as specified in the repair plan. A pre-clearing meeting with the county is required to confirm limits. All construction debris shall be removed, and impacted areas shall be graded and seeded upon completion. There is a fence in the area that cannot be removed or damaged, as it is a containment system for the horses. Contractors shall notify the County at least 3 days prior to beginning work so the landowner can be informed. The contractor is responsible for obtaining a final inspection by Youngblood, Tyler and Associates. The inspection shall be requested at least 48 hours in advance and requires a $400 inspection fee, paid to Youngblood, Tyler and Associates.
