Specifications include, but are not limited to: Repair existing surface of five roadways and 28 parking spaces. Scratch existing potholes. Mill tie-in joints. As necessary add stone to bring to existing height, crown, and compact. Apply a liquid asphalt tack coat. Overlay with 2 inches of SM 9.5 surface mix. Shoulder work should ensure a smooth transition off the edge of the pavement using shoulder stone. Roadway should be crowned and graded to improve drainage and runoff. Flagging and guiding vehicles through the areas of construction will be necessary throughout the length of the project as needed. However, Cabin Rd. Roadway, sections 1 and 2 will require flagging the entire time that section is underway. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to verify any information, measurements and obtain any clarifications prior to submitting a bid response.
