Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and replace two personnel doors, frames, and hardware in the NPW building. The preferred door color is light gray. The contractor that is awarded this job will provide color samples to be approved by HRSD before ordering the new doors. The contractor will be responsible for taking their own measurements prior to ordering materials. The contractor will be responsible for removal and replacement of the doors below. The contractor will also be responsible for storage of the materials until installation is scheduled and disposal of all materials once installation is complete. 1. South Entrance (double door) - One 6’0” x 7.0’ x 1-3/4” FRP double door with FRP frames (FD/FF). Each door will have a ½ glass lite kit and 24” x 24” fixed louver in the lower half. The doors shall have a RHRA/LHR mounting configuration. Each door installation will include 2 stainless steel surface bolts and stainless steel industrial non-locking exterior doorknob with interior panic exit device and door hinges. Each door will also include a heavy-duty spring cushion closer coated with special rust inhibitor. 2. West Entrance (single door) – One 3’0” x 7’0” x 1-3/4” FRP door with FRP frame (FD/FF). The door will have a ½ glass lite kit installed in the upper half and 24” x 24” fixed louver in the lower half. The door will have a LHR mounting configuration. Each door installation will include stainless steel industrial non-locking exterior doorknob with interior panic exit device and door hinges. Each door will also include a heavy-duty spring cushion closer coated with special rust inhibitor.
