A. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1) Ditching Cleaner Attachment with JRB 416 quick attachment Ditchpro WL1 or equivalent with two (2) sets of attachment arms installed on unit. All equipment furnished shall be new and the manufacturer’s current model. No used equipment shall be considered. B. Delivery: Equipment shall be delivered to the address listed on the purchase order. Equipment shall be delivered, fully assembled and ready to operate before being accepted by VDOT, except where otherwise noted. All shipping, freight, and delivery charges shall be included in the unit price per line and NOT shown as a separate line item. C. Ditching Cleaner Attachment: 1. Must fit Class 50 Wheel Loaders or larger. 2. Must have one (1) cubic yard bucket which extends up to four (4) feet. D. Delivery Date: Delivery shall be within sixty (60) calendar days of the Purchase Order date. E. Contact Richard Gilley at 540-580-8478 forty-eight (48) hours prior to delivery. Delivery shall be scheduled during normal working hours and days, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. VDOT will not be responsible for items delivered without advance delivery arrangements. Contractor claims, due to failure to make advance delivery arrangements, will not be considered by VDOT.
