Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project is generally described as: Provide all materials, labor, equipment, and other incidentals necessary for the complete renovation of the former Hanover County District Court building for use as government administration space. The existing building is approximately 30,000 gross square feet in area. The work generally includes, but is not limited to: hazardous materials abatement, selective demolition, exterior window and door replacement, selective exterior masonry work associated with the installation of new window openings, interior masonry partitions, interior metal stud framed gypsum partitions and ceilings, acoustical ceilings, casework, hollow metal frames, wood doors and associated door hardware, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection systems, elevator, communications cabling, security and access controls systems, re-roofing of existing low sloped roof system, and all other Work indicated by the Contract Documents.
