a. Provide mediation services for domestic relations cases and family mediation, b. Ensure and articulate strategies for the training of staff and mediators for compliance with Virginia Code and revisions. c. Maintain court requirements/standards of all mediation services to include overview of all mediation agreements prior to submission to court. d. Coordinate with a cadre of existing volunteers to provide mediation services to the Juvenile & Domestic Relations and General District Court. e. Provide orientation to include intake, information, referral and mediation services for all levels of court to include Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, General District Court and Circuit Court. (This solicitation includes only orientation and mediation services for Circuit Court cases involving child custody, visitation and support referred under Virginia Code Section 24.124.4.) f. Screen all orientations (case assessment and evaluation) for suitability for mediation, to include oversight and scheduling of all orientations and mediations. g. Provide onsite administrative support for mediation services to the Juvenile and Domestic Relations and General District Court no less than two (2) days per week. h. Provide coordination services with Judges and Clerk's Offices to ensure compliance with all regulations. i. Provide services on all day's courts are in session or county offices open for business. j. Meet with CSU management, Clerical staff or Judges of the Juvenile or General District Courts as required to assess performance or address operational concerns. k. Manage the General District Court mediation calendar.
